They can also provide emotional benefits such as stress relief and a sense of accomplishment and some studies suggest they may help with mental health conditions like anxiety and depression.
I play video games and they help me release stress and make me feel better about certain situations. They also make me have better intentions on thoughts I am having and make a better environment for myself.
